1700 t运梁车结构有限元分析

摘要:为保证运梁车的作业安全,应用ANSYS 12.0软件对1700 t运梁车金属结构进行有限元分析计算。介绍了1700 t运梁车的组成结构及其14种作业工况,通过建立大刚度多级均载梁来准确模拟液压悬挂装置,基于APDL语言建立了1700 t运梁车结构的有限元模型。结合14种工况对1700 t运梁车金属结构进行强度计算及变形计算,采用极限状态设计法对强度计算结果进行判定,确保其结构的合理性。

Finite Element Analysis of the 1700t Transporting Girder Vehicle

Abstract:In order to ensure the operation safety of the 1700t transporting girder vehicle. the finite element analysis software ANSYS12.0 is used to analyze and calculate the metal structure of the 1700t transporting girder vehicle. Introduces the structure of the 1700t transporting girder vehicle and 14 kinds of operating conditions. Through the establishment of a multi stage load sharing beam to accurate simulate the hydraulic suspension device. A finite element model of the 1700t transporting girder vehicle structure based on APDL language. Combined with 14 kinds of working conditions, the strength calculation and deformation calculation of the 1700t transporting girder vehicle structure are carried out. The limit state design method is adopted to judge the result of strength calculation to ensure the rationality of the structure.
