一种新型振动筛曲轴夹具的设计

摘要:介绍了一种数控加工用夹具,主要针对振动筛曲轴,该零件形状复杂、刚性差、加工余量大、质量分布不平衡、加工精度高。根据零件的加工特点,提出了夹具的设计要求,简述了夹具的工作原理,与传统加工工艺相比较,新型夹具充分考虑通用性、实用性、简便化和普及化的要求,结构简单,制造成本低,一次装夹批量生产,而不需要改变数控加工时的编程原点,保证加工质量的稳定性,提高了加工效率,充分发挥了数控加工的优势。

A new fixture design for vibrating screen crankshaft

Abstract:According to the features of vibrating screen crankshaft, such as complex shape, low rigidity, large allowance, unbalanced mass distribution, high processing precision and so on, a numerical control machining fixture was introduced. The design requirements for crankshaft were put forward and working principles were described. Comparing with traditional processing technology, the new fixture fully considered the demands of generality, practicality, simplification and popularization, which has the distinct advantages of simple structure, low cost and batch production once without changing programming original point. The aims are to ensure the stability of positioning accuracy, improve the processing efficiency of crankshaft and bring advantages of numerical control machining into full play.
