顺丁橡胶60m3凝聚釜机械密封改造

摘要：由于中石化燕山石化顺丁橡胶凝聚釜机械密封泄漏频繁，本文针对顺丁橡胶凝聚釜机械密封使用的工艺工况以及搅拌轴的支撑结构进行分析，找出顺丁橡胶凝聚釜机械密封存在的问题，针对存在的问题提出对凝聚釜机械密封结构和参数进行改造和调整，以提高密封可靠性；通过更换机械密封摩擦副组对的材质，延长机械密封摩擦副的使用寿命，提高生产效率；对机械密封进行集装，提高安装精度，缩短检修时机械密封的安装时间，保证装置的正常开工率。

Modification of mechanical seal in a 60m3 BR cohesion kettle

Abstract：As a result of frequent leak of mechanical seal of butadiene rubber (BR) cohesion kettle in Beijing Yanshan Company of Sinopec, the existing problems of the mechanical seal of the BR cohesion kettle were found out by analyzing the working condition of the mechanical seal and the support structure of stirring axis in this article. To solve the problems three ways were put forward. The means include the modification and adjustment for the structure and parameter to improve the reliability of the mechanical seal, prolonging the employ life of the mechanical seal friction pair for higher production efficiency through changing the material of the friction pair in the mechanical seal and for higher fixing accuracy and shortening setup times during overhaul to ensure normal operating rate of the unit.
