空分设备大口径低温低压先导式安全阀研制

摘要：随着空分设备的发展，国内6万、8万、10万、12万空分等已具备生产能力。空分设备的配套的冷箱塔内安全阀基本上是进口或进口阀门厂商在国内生产。介绍我公司研制生产的空分设备配套用大口径低温低压先导式安全阀的结构、工作原理及设计特点。

The R&D and manufacture of ASU big size cryogenic low pressure pilot type safety valve

Abstract：With the development of ASU equipment, The domestic ASU supplier have the capability to manufacture 60,000NM3/h, 80,000NM3/h, 100,000NM3/h, 120,000NM3/h ASU. However, The safety valve equipped on the column in the cold box are imported from overseas supplier or the domestic made foreign suppliers. This article introduce the structure, working principle and design feature of the big size cryogenic low pressure pilot type ASU safety valve manufactured by SASPG.
