轻轨水平轮拆卸装置设计

摘要：水平轮作为轻轨运行的导向轮，报废率相对较高，传统人工拆卸和安装水平轮辋方式存在效率低、成本高且操作具有一定危险性等缺点。通过对轻轨水平轮结构的分析，设计了一种轻轨水平轮拆卸的机械装置，实现自动、半自动、手动三种模式下的轻轨水平轮轮辋的拆卸与安装。

Design of horizontal wheel disassembling device for light rail

Abstract：Horizontal wheel as a guide wheel for Light rail, the scrap rate is relatively high at the light rail running, the way of traditional manual removing and installing horizontal rim has low efficiency, high cost, and the operation has the disadvantages of certain risk. Through the analyzing the structure of the light rail horizontal wheel, a mechanical device of light rail horizontal wheel is designed for disassembly. There are three modes including automatic, semi-automatic, manual to achieve the light level wheel rims removing and installing.
