基于Pro/E的变截面涡旋盘数控加工

摘要:变截面涡旋盘是涡旋压缩机的核心零件,通过分析影响其加工精度的主要因素,并在此基础上以Pro/E软件为平台,将产品的几何模型与计算机辅助加工制造集成,通过设置加工制造过程中所使用的各项参数,计算出加工刀具相对于加工坐标的刀具轨迹数据,经过后处理器转换成加工机器码后利用CHECK功能仿真材料切除状况,由此观察加工过程中的切削情形,进行误差及过切预测,进一步做制造参数的修改,使制造流程优化,减少因加工错误所增加的生产成本。

Abstract:variable cross section scroll is the core part of the scroll compressor, the main factors influencing machining accuracy through analysis, and on this basis, using Pro/E software as the platform, the use of virtual processing function, will be the product of computer geometric modeling and computer aided manufacturing integration, the parameters used in the manufacturing process of setting calculate machining tool, relative to the tool path data processing coordinates, using the material removal of CHECK functional simulation process through post processor is converted into machine code, there by observing cutting conditions during processing, error and undercutting prediction, further the manufacturing process data changes, so that the manufacturing process optimization, reduce the increase due to the machining error production cost.
