货车滚动轴承柔性化压装单元的设计与应用

摘要：利用固定式滚动轴承压装机的现有结构，对轴承压装轮对输送轨道进行布置，采用一套可调对中装置使轮对自动准确定位，实现米轨、窄轨、标轨、宽轨等不同轨距轮对轴承压装共线生产。

Abstract：Within the existing structure of fixed press fitting machine for antifriction bearing, certain layout of wheel set transit system together with a set of adjustable centering device could lead the wheel set to do precise positioning automatically, so that wheel bearing with different track gauge such as meter-gage railway, narrow gauge, standard gauge and broad gauge could be press fitting on the same production line.
