CRTS II型轨道板模具制作难点与控制办法

摘要：CRTS II型轨道板是目前中国新建高速铁路最常用的无砟轨道板，制作该轨道板的专用模具是高速铁路建设的关键设备。为保证CRTS II型轨道板在磨削时有合理的加工余量，并且磨削后能满足时速350公里的技术要求，在制作CRTS II型轨道板模具时需要对各个要点进行控制。

The manufacturing difficulties and resolution methods of CRTS II track slab molds

Abstract：The track slab of CRTS II is one of most common Ballastless track, which is used in high-speed railway construction project of China. The manufacturing molds of CRTS II track slab is key equipment for high-speed railway construction. In order to ensure reasonable process allowance when grinding and meet the requirements of speed at 350km/h after grinding, manufactures should think highly of every key process when produce molds of CRTS II track slab.
