动车铝齿轮箱加工关键工艺探讨

摘要：动车铝齿轮箱体是整个动车组齿轮箱驱动装置的重要组成部件之一，其加工质量直接影响装车后的行车安全。为保证铝齿轮箱体质量，主要介绍了解决铝齿轮箱体加工过程中遇到的工艺问题的方法。
关键词：铝箱体加工；平行度超差；螺纹烂牙；孔尺寸控制

Abstract：EMU aluminum gear housing is one of the important components of the entire EMU gearbox drives, and its processing quality is good or bad will directly affect the loading of the subsequent traffic safety.
