对空气压缩机曲轴的火焰矫正的体会

摘要：通过对2D12-100/8型空气压缩机曲轴变形故障进行分析判断，通过检测、计算、分析等手段，确定曲轴变形部位及程度，运用火焰矫正工艺对曲轴进行矫正的全过程做出研究性的报告。
关键词：火焰矫正；变形检测；对比试验；效果测定
Experience on correction of air compressor crankshaft flame

Abstract：Analysis and judge 2D12-100/8 type air compressor crankshaft deformation failure, through detection, calculation, analysis and other methods, to determine the location and degree of crankshaft deformation, using flame rectification process of the whole process of correction on the crankshaft makes the research report.
