数控加工制造中夹具设计的特点

摘要:数控加工中程序调整、工装夹具准备、刀具准备及零件检测等占用的时间较多,影响数控机床的加工效率。为适应数控机床高精度、高效率加工需求,要求夹具结构简单灵活、能满足产品多样化的加工要求。结合国外夹具产品以及自身设计经验,总结出数控加工中夹具设计的要点。

The main points of fixture design in NC machining

Abstract:Adjustment of engineering program in NC machining, fixture and tool for preparation and parts inspection occupied more time, affect the processing efficiency of CNC machine tools. Adapt to high precision and high efficiency of CNC machine processing requirements. Compared with the general machine tools, CNC machine tool fixture structure is simple and flexible to meet the requirements of various processing products. In view of this, combined with years of foreign works of research and application of fixture and fixture design experience, summarize the main points of fixture design in NC machining for reference.
