特殊狭窄通道残留油分测定方法

摘要:传统空气分离设备表面清洁度检测中,使用四氯化碳擦洗被测表面,使表面上的油及油脂溶解在四氯化碳中,然后加温使擦洗液四氯化碳挥发,从而获得油脂残留量。检测钎焊成型的板束体通道的残留油份时,因通道狭窄不能按照传统的办法用四氯化碳进行擦洗,通过改进,使测定工作成为可能。

Abstract::In the traditional separation of air cleaning equipment surface detection, is used to scrub the surface to be measured in carbon tetrachloride. On the surface of oil and grease dissolved in carbon tetrachloride. And then heated to wipe the lotion the volatilization of carbon tetrachloride, to get oil residues. The plate bundle body channel to detect brazing forming residual oil. Because of a narrow channel can not follow the traditional methods of carbon tetrachloride to scrub. In order to solve this problem, made some exploration work, the determination of possible.
