浅谈锅炉给水泵改造节能效果及原因分析

摘要：通过对比分析泵改造前后的运行及节能效果情况，结合泵的参数、配置以及加工精度控制等要素，探索泵的运行效率及节能效果差异的原因。探讨泵在选型过程中，不能只注重泵自身的投资成本，还需要综合考虑运行成本、维修成本、运行稳定性和可靠性以及高效运行所产生的节能效果等因素。

Introduction to boiler feed water pump energy saving effect and the reason analysis

Abstract：Through comparative analysis the operation and energy-efficient of Boiler Feed Pump before and after revamp, in consideration of factors such as parameter selection, configuration and processing precision control, to explore the reason for differences of the pump’s operation efficiency and energy-efficient. In the course of type selection of a pump, we should not only pay attention to the investment cost of pump, but also should consider about the operating cost, maintenance cost, operating stability and reliability as well as the energy-efficient produced by high-efficiency operation.
