移动龙门吊的ANSYS优化设计分析

摘要:移动龙门吊在工作时主要受到向下的集中载荷,因此对其结构优化及校核非常重要。为了比较优化前后相同尺寸而形状不同的的移动龙门吊架受力及变形情况,采用UG软件对移动龙门吊优化前后先做了三维建模,然后用ANSYS有限元软件对两种结构在工作时的状态进行对比分析,直观上体现两种结构的变形与应力分布情况。分析结果显示,当集中载荷为100时,优化前后结构受力最大值分别为0.217E8、0.212E8,最小值分别为99152.4、63716.8。分析表明,优化后的结构,在受同样大小的集中载荷,最大应力及最小应力均变小,变形也远远小于优化前的结构。

ANSYS analysis for mobile gantry crane's optimization design in packing machinery field

Abstract:Mobile gantry crane at work mainly by concentrated load, therefore it is very important for the structure optimization and checking. In this paper, in order to compare before and after the optimization of the same size and shape of different mobile gantry hanger, the situation of deformation and stress before and after the first was optimized by using UG software to move the gantry crane made a 3D modeling, and then using the finite element software ANSYS to analysis the two kinds of structure at work status, this paper compares and analyzes intuitively reflect the structure of the two kinds of deformation and stress distribution. Analysis results show that when the concentrated load is 100, the maximum structure before and after optimization were 0.217 e8, 0.212 e8, minimum value of 99152.4, 63716.8, respectively. Analysis shows that the optimized structure, in the same size of concentrated load, maximum stress and minimum stress are smaller, deformation and far less than optimization of the structure of the former.
