知识工程在全回转机构设计中的应用

摘要:介绍了将知识工程应用于全回转机构设计中的方法。该方法以Visual C++6.0为开发平台对SolidWorks进行二次开发,获取回转支承轴承设计的知识库,在标准化的同时实现回转支承轴承的智能化快速建模,提高设计效率。通过全回转螺旋桨关键部位回转支承轴承的设计样例表明,知识工程结合全回转机构的二次开发,可建立标准化模型,减少设计中出现的错误以及对设计者设计经验的依赖,提高设计与建模的效率。

Knowledge engineering application in the design of full slewing mechanism

Abstract:Introduced the design method of the full slewing mechanism based on knowledge Engineering. The method takes Visual C ++ 6.0 as development platform to develop SolidWorks for Secondary, asking for the knowledge base of full slewing mechanism, At the same time of standardization to implement the intelligent modeling fastly of the full slewing mechanism, improving the efficiency of the design. The design example of the Slewing bearing which is the key part of all-direction propeller shows that it would establish standardized model, reduce errors and dependence on the design experience of designers , and improve the efficiency of design and modeling based on the Knowledge Engineering and the secondary development of all-direction propeller.
