基于超精密加工激光轮廓仪的数据采集系统的设计

摘要:介绍了一种基于超精密加工激光轮廓仪的高速数据采集系统的设计方法,主要讨论了数据采集系统的硬件电路设计和后期虚拟示波器的软件设计,对采集卡的原理设计、PCI接口设计和虚拟示波器程序设计等方面进行了研究,实现了高速激光轮廓仪的在线实时监测。FPGA选用Altera公司Cyclone Ⅲ系列的EP3C55F484C8芯片,采用Altera 公司的PCI MegaCore来设计PCI接口,实现与PC机的数据传输。后期虚拟示波器的设计采用Visual Studio的C#进行设计。本采集系统具有高速、低成本、高精度、实时监测等特点,并且采样频率和采样点数可以灵活设置。

Design of data acquisition system based on ultra-precision double-frequency laser interferometer system

Abstract:A new solution is introduced to design a high-speed and high-precision data acquisition system which is based on ultra-precision double-frequency laser interferometer system. The design solution is mostly about the circuit design of the data acquisition card and the software design of the fast virtual oscilloscope. In this paper, the principle design of the card, PCI interface design and the fast virtual oscilloscope design are presented. EP3C55F484C8 is chosen as FPGA, which is from the Altera Inc.. An implementing method of PCI interface was proposed by using Altera PCI MegaCore. The C# of Visual Studio programming tool is used to design the fast virtual oscilloscope. The card has the features of high-speed sampling, low-cost, high-precision and real-time monitoring. The sampling rate and the sampling points of the card can be adjusted.
