一种基于ARM的钢管焊渣条分叉视觉检测系统

摘要:采用机器视觉技术,设计了一种基于ARM、以USB网络摄像头采集图像的焊渣条分叉自动检测系统。对图像进行二值化处理后,系统根据对象边缘像素点的分布识别焊渣条是否分叉,并驱动相应的声光报警器报警。试验证明,该系统能自动检测焊渣条分叉,体积小,性价比高,在低速低精度的检测场合具备较高的推广应用价值。

A vision system based on ARM for detection of bifurcations of welding slag of steel pipes

Abstract:Using a machine vision technique, an auto-system based on ARM for detection of bifurcations of welding slag line is presented in the paper, which used a USB webcam for image acquisition. After an image binaried, according to the pixels distribution of an object edge of the image, the system can identify whether the welding slag line bifurcates, and then drive the corresponding sound and light alarm to work. The experimental results showed that the system can automatically detect bifurcations of welding slag line,which is in a small volume and high rate of cost to the performance. Thus, it has a high value in the application in the low precision and low speed detection.
