甲醇装置自热式转化炉耐热衬里垮塌原因分析及处理措施

摘要：K6701自热式转化炉是四川维尼纶厂77万吨/年甲醇装置自热式转化工段的重要设备，针对转化炉外壁水夹套中锅炉冷凝水的使用消耗量增加的问题，车间对其封头进行开盖检查，发现内部上层耐火砖出现了垮塌现象，经过抢修、整改，最终修复完工，并一次开车投料运行成功，到目前设备一直运行正常，耐热衬里未发现异常现象。

The cause analysis and measurement for the falling down of auto-thermal converter heat proof lining in methanol plant

Abstract：K6701 auto-thermal converter is regarded as a vital equipment of auto-thermal transformation section in SVW’s 770,000 ton/year methanol plant. In order to resolve the issue of increasing consumption of furnace condensate of the converter’s outer water jacket, the cover of head was opened for checking and the internal upper fire-proof bricks were found to fall down. Through repairing and modification, the repair job was finally completed and the plant was put into operation successfully one time. Up to now, the plant works well without anything abnormal in the heat proof lining.
