摘要:数控立铣刀的设计、制造是保证产品顺利生产的关键因素之一,针对特殊类型数控立铣刀开发了一套数字化设计与制造系统,该系统采用模块化设计,由数据管理模块及刀具三维CAD、制造仿真、测量和二维CAD等四个功能模块构成,各功能模块依靠数据管理模块既能单独运行,又可以根据设计流程来设计新刀具,能够保证刀具设计的正确性和刀具的可制造性。

The development of digital design and manufacture system for special end milling

Abstract:The design and manufacture of NC milling cutter is one of the key factors to promise production successfully. It developed one system of design and manufacture for special end milling in this paper. The system use the method of modular design, it contains the module of data management and four function modules as three-dimensional CAD, manufacturing simulation, measurement and two-dimensional CAD. Depended on data management module, each function module can not only work independently, but also design new cutter according to the process. The system can promise the correctness of the design and manufacturability.
