任意齿差数摆杆活齿传动及其故障树分析

摘要:提出一种新型的活齿传动型式—任意齿差数摆杆活齿传动系统。介绍了任意齿差数摆杆活齿传动系统的基本结构及其传动原理;分析了摆杆活齿的相对运动过程。通过分析该传动系统的顶事件、中间事件和底事件,建立了任意齿差数摆杆活齿传动系统的故障树,得出了任意齿差数摆杆活齿传动系统故障树的最小割集和结构函数,为任意齿差数摆杆活齿传动的可靠度研究提供有效理论依据。

Abstract:A new type movable teeth transmission - any tooth-difference swing rod movable teeth transmission system. Introduced the structure of any tooth-difference swing rod movable teeth transmission system, and expounded its transmission principle. The relative motion process of swing rod movable teeth was analyzed. The fault tree of any tooth-difference swing rod movable teeth transmission system was established through the analysis of top event, middle events and basic events. The minimal cut sets and structure function of fault tree of any tooth-difference swing rod movable teeth transmission system were analyzed,it would provide effective theoretical basis for the reliability research of any tooth-difference swing rod movable teeth transmission system.
