双层嵌套对接焊缝TOFD与相控阵超声技术应用方法研究

摘要：在压力容器制造中，部分容器筒体常采用双层嵌套结构，可有效增加其受力安全性。双层嵌套对接焊缝一般采用脉冲反射法超声波技术和射线检测技术，但一直存在止裂焊缝附近缺陷难以分辨的问题。TOFD和相控阵为近年来快速发展应用的超声检测新技术，针对某双层嵌套对接焊缝结构，制定了TOFD、相控阵超声检测工艺，进行了新技术和常规方法的对比检测，并进行了缺陷解剖，充分显示了TOFD和相控阵技术对该结构的检测优势和有效性，对类似结构焊缝采用TOFD和相控阵超声检测提供了较好的参考价值。

Abstract：Two-double butt welds are applied to some special pressure vessel, it is propitious to increasing security. Pulse echo method and radiographic examination are usually to be used to examine two-double butt welds, but it is difficult to identify defect near pontes. TOFD and PA have many particular advantages, this article put forward the method of testing Two-double butt welds using TOFD and PA. The results of testing and dissecting shows the method is very effectual for Two-double butt welds.
