CPR1000压水堆核电站核级泵用机械密封鉴定浅谈

摘要：详细介绍适用于CPR1000压水堆核电站核级泵用机械密封（除主泵机械密封外）样机的鉴定方法、鉴定内容、验收准则及一般鉴定程序，已成功应用于我国核级泵用机械密封样机的研制。实践经验表明，该鉴定规则具有很强的可操作性和普遍的可接受性，在核级泵用机械密封国产化过程中发挥重要作用。

Abstract：This paper elaborated on the qualification methods, content, acceptance criteria and certain process of mechanical seals for classified pump（except for the shaft seal of reactor coolant pump）of CPR1000 nuclear power plant, and it has been successfully applied to the prototypes research. The practice experience indicates that the way of qualification discussed in this paper has the strong operational and general acceptability, which also plays the important role on achieving localization of mechanical seals for classified pump.
