核1级耐高温控氮不锈钢无缝钢管的国产化研制

摘要：核1级耐高温控氮不锈钢无缝管是核电站建设的必备材料。采用外场凝固细晶技术与先进周轧技术以及国际先进的高洁净钢冶炼技术和大截面无缝钢管热处理技术两项成熟技术，通过集成创新，形成核1级耐高温控氮不锈钢无缝管的成套制造技术与装备，最终各项技术指标达标，实现国产化并在国内各核电项目中得到了广泛应用。

Abstract：Nuclear class 1 seamless stainless steel pipe controlled nitrogen is absolutely necessarily for nuclear power station. China Nuclear Power Engineering Company and the partner used solidification grain by outfield controlling, advanced week rolling, high purity smelting and large cross-section seamless piping heat treatment techniques to establish assembly technique and equipment. As a result, all the values are complies with the requirements and localized pipe was used in all the coming projects of Chinese nuclear power plants.
