减重孔不同位置下汽车发动机驱动盘冲击刚度的研究

摘要:驱动盘是汽车上重要的动力传动件,它的冲击刚度直接影响到动力传递的稳定性和精确性。由于盘体结构的不规则和开孔的存在,传统力学方法难以计算驱动盘受到冲击时的轴向和径向刚度。利用有限元分析方法,采用节点耦合的方式模拟驱动盘的盘体与启动齿圈之间的焊接形式,得出减重孔在不同分布角度下驱动盘的轴向和径向刚度。

Research on impact stiffness of automobile engine’s driving plate with different lighting hole position

Abstract:Driving plate is an important transmission part of an automobile engine. Its impact stiffness influences the stability and precision of transmission of engine power directly. It is difficult to calculate the axial and radial stiffness of a driving plate with the methods of traditional mechanics. In this paper, coupling node method is used to simulate the weld between plate and gear ring. The axial and radial stiffness is obtained in different position of lighting hole using finite element analysis (FEA).
