基于ANSYS的一种造船门机金属结构的有限元分析

摘要:以200 t造船门式起重机为例,介绍了造船门机设计过程中的载荷计算方法,以及ANSYS在造船门式起重机设计中的应用,分九种工况对该造船门机的金属结构进行了有限元分析,并针对分析结果与设计标准进行比对,以此对该造船门机的性能进行了验证。结果表明ANSYS在造船门式起重机金属结构的有限元分析中的使用简便、快捷,能够快捷直观的得出所设计起重机械是否符合标准要求,为起重机械的安全生产及可靠性提供依据,并能够为起重机械的检验工作提供数据支持。

Finite element analysis of a shipbuilding gantry crane metal structure based on ANSYS

Abstract:Using the model 200t Shipbuilding gantry crane as an example, this essay elaborates the load calculation method for Shipbuilding gantry crane, and also introduced the use of ANSYS on Shipbuilding gantry crane’s design. List nine kinds of conditions to finite element analysis on the metal structure. Finally, verified the performance of the shipbuilding gantry crane based on the results of analysis,and compare result with the design standard. The result shows that the use of ANSYS for finite element analysis of shipbuilding gantry crane metal structure is simple, fast, can obtained the crane design whether conform to the standards requirements intuitively ,and also provide data to support inspection of crane.
