线位移导电塑料电子尺标准电流输出传感器研发

摘要：一种能直接输出标准电流信号的线位移导电塑料电子尺传感器，产品结构由导电塑料电子尺分压器和微电路模块组成，分层可拆一体式。通过输入5～24 V直流电压后，能直接输出4～20 mA高精度电流信号，控制机器设备的“开”与“合”的直线往复运行过程。作为一种新型高性能传感器，具有高精度、高寿命、高输出平滑性、高分辨力和抗电磁干扰的产品特点，在许多领域取代了电感传感器和线绕电位器等电压输出型传感器。

Sensor’s development of standard current output conductive plastic linear displacement transducer

Abstract：A kind of conductive plastic linear displacement transducer can be directly output standard current signal, the structure is consisted of conductive plastic transducer voltage divider and microcircuit module, integrated layering and dismantling. Through inputting 5～24 V.DC, can be directly outputted high-precision 4～20 mA current signal to control the switch “on” and “off” of linearity re-movement for machines and equipments. As a new-style high performance transducer, it has high-accuracy, high operating life, high output smoothness, high resolution and high frequent electromagnetism anti-interference features, and widely used to instead of such inductance sensor and wire-wound potentiometer etc. which are in voltage output in many fields.
