基于有限元的圆锥滚子轴承建模研究

摘要:圆锥滚子轴承广泛应用于各工程领域,在对含有圆锥滚子轴承的工程实际模型进行仿真分析时,如何有效模拟实际模型中的轴承往往给工程技术人员带来困惑。运用非线性有限元理论,以某风力发电机组主轴系统为分析例子,在MSC.MARC软件中,分别采用变形体单元、Gap单元、刚体面三种建模方法模拟主轴系统中圆锥滚子轴承,对主轴进行静强度分析,并对三种建模方法计算结果进行评价,得到采用Gap单元为圆锥滚子轴承最优建模方案,为工程技术人员处理类似问题提供科学依据,具有工程使用价值。

Abstract:Tapered roller bearing are widely used in various engineering fields ,when simulating the practical engineering model contained tapered roller bearing , that how to effectively simulate actual bearings model often cause confusion to engineer and technical staff, Based on nonlinear finite element theory, using the software of MSC.Marc, taking a wind turbine spindle system as an example, in the process of spindle static strength analysis ,the paper simulate tapered roller bearing of spindle system respectively by three kinds of deformable body unit , Gap unit and rigid face ,evaluating the calculation result and getting the optimal model scheme on tapered roller bearing. Using Gap unit for tapered roller bearing is the optimal modeling scheme, Providing a scientific reference for technical staff in dealing with similar problem and presenting a fine service value in engineering field.
