PDP砂轮机的研发创新设计

摘要：对PDP生产装备中的砂轮机进行了功能分析，在此基础上重点阐述了国产化过程中的突破点：第一因砂轮是消耗件，需求量大，必须自主创新，逐一对其结构形式、动平衡品质等级、砥粒种类、磨料粒度、结合剂代号和浓度等进行了国产化设计，同时还创新地使其具有可修复性的特点；第二是砂轮主轴，为确保加工产品（玻璃）的合格率，砂轮主轴须具备自适应浮动结构，轴向自适应通过滚珠花键来实现，而径向自适应则通过阻尼气缸来实现；第三保证了PDP生产环境的高洁净度要求，采用封闭式磨削环境和负压（发生器）吸尘排污双重工艺措施，达到了理想的净化效果。

Abstract：The grind mill in PDP produce equipment is been analysised in the paper, Based on it the breakthrough-point in homemade-prcoess is been emphasized, first on, self-innovation of grind wheel is necessary as it is expendable supplies and macro-needed. The structure style, move-balance character grade, sand granularity, type of agglutinant and concentration is been homemade contrived seriatim, and make it have the repairable trait innovatively, Second, the main axle of grind mill must have self-adjustable float structure to ensure the eligibility of product. Axis-direction self-adjustable is actualized using rolling ball splines, radius-direction self-regulate is actualized using damp-cylinder. Third, through closed milling-condition and vacuum generator with double technique of dust absorbing and dirt evacuating ensure the high lustration of PDP produce-condition and get a satisfying result of eligibility.
