某型舰炮托架有限元强度分析

摘要:某型舰炮为减轻托架的重量和降低生产成本,采用了铝板焊接结构,为保证射击安全,需要对其进行强度校核。首先,基于托架三维CAD模型,根据设计及实际情况,对模型进行了几何简化处理,然后,采用MSC.Patran软件建立了托架的有限元模型,并利用MSC.Nastran对其求解,获得了关键部位的变形与应力,最后,基于获得的关键部位应力应变,结合结构的材料特性,对其进行了强度校核。研究结果表明,在考虑安全系数1.5的情况下,焊接结构完全满足强度要求。

FEM strength analysis for one type naval gun carriage

Abstract:To reduce the weight of bracket and production cost of the naval gun, the aluminum board welded is used. The strength check analysis must be put up for the shooting safety. Firstly, based on the CAD model of the bracket and according to the design date, the geometry simplification of the model was made. Secondly, the FEM model of the bracket was built with the FEM software MSC.Patran, and the FEM strength analysis was made. Finally, the deformation and stress for the key position was obtained, the strength check was made for the bracket. The analysis shows that the welding structure is satisfied with the strength condition after considering safety factor with 1.5.
