重油催化主风机组汽轮机振动原因分析及解决措施

从轴承的承载能力及流体动力学方面予以分析,故障诊断为转子油膜失稳造成的油膜涡动和机组对中不良所引起的。最后通过提高轴瓦的承载能力,堵塞轴瓦上多余小孔,消除机组对中误差等措施,成功解决了汽轮机轴瓦异常振动故障,确保了机组平稳运行。

The analysis about the causes of the vibration of the steam turbine in the main wind turbine used for catalyzing the heavy oil and the measures to solve the vibration problem

Abstract:In the process of the maintenance of an oil refinery, it is found that the steam turbine bearings used in the heavy oil catalytic cracking process in the wind turbines, vibrated abnormally. Through the analysis of the bearing capacity and fluid power, we found that the problem is caused by the oil film vortex move and no good symmetry of the wind turbines. And all those are caused by that the oil film is not stable. Finally through improving the bearing capacity, jamming superfluous holes in the bearing and improving the bearing symmetry, the problem is solved successfully and it is ensured that the wind turbines are running smoothly.
