艾里逊液力变速箱常见故障诊断与解决方法

摘要：目前，艾里逊液力变速箱广泛应用于渤海油田的海洋钻修机上。该变速箱具有结构紧凑、配合精密、传动性能稳定等特点，但由于海上环境恶劣、作业工况复杂等原因，导致期故障率较高，经常出现设备提前损坏的问题。通过对艾里逊液力变速箱构造特点的分析，结合多年维修经验，总结归纳出了艾里逊变速箱常见的故障现象，并针对这些故障现象进行诊断与分析，提出了切实可行的维修处理办法，有助于在液力变速箱运维、大修过程中正确判断和处理故障，提高设备维修质量和维修效率。

Abstract：At Present，Allison hydraulic transmissions are widely used on the offshore work over rigs on Bohai Oilfields. The structure is compact, the coordination is precision, and the transmission performance is stable. Because of the bad marine environment and the complex operation conditions，the failure rate is too high，and they are usually damaged ahead of schedule. In this article, we sum up the common fault phenomena by the structure analysis and maintenance experience. To diagnose and analyze the common fault phenomena and introduce the service methods, it can help to diagnose and deal with the fault during the maintenance and overhaul of the Allison hydraulic transmissions，and improve the maintenance quality and efficiency.
