手机用双摇杆机构滑轨的结构设计方法

摘要:传统侧滑加倾斜的滑盖手机柔性电路板(FPC)在滑盖运动过程中一直来回拖动,FPC与壳体之间的磨擦直接影响到其寿命。而双摇杆机构滑轨避免了这种情况的发生,FPC在运动中只做来回摆动,大大提高了其寿命。同时,双摇杆滑轨机构直接做在手机壳体上,有利于整体结构的设计。主要通过理论和实例的方式来介绍如何运用Pro/E软件对这类滑轨进行结构设计和运动仿真。并总结出一套完整的设计流程和方案,为后续同类产品的开发提供设计依据和理论支持,具有一定的工程参考价值。

Double rocker slide-tilt structure design method and moto simulation in mobile phone

Abstract:In the traditional lateral slide-title of the mobile phone the flexible printed circuit board (FPC) in slide movement process has back and forth drag. The friction between the FPC and housing directly affects its life. It’s not happened in the double rocker slide-tilt phone, because the FPC in movement only does swing back and forth, greatly improving its life. At the same time, double rocker slide-tilt institution is directly made on the housing which is beneficial to the whole structure design. This paper mainly introduce how to use the Pro/E software to design this kind of slide-tilt structure and how to do the movement simulation through the theory and practical project, and summarized a set of complete design process and guide, for the subsequent development of similar products providing the design basis and theoretical support, have certain reference value for engineering.
