高速列车转向架轻量化设计评估系统构建

摘要:转向架轻量化设计是高速列车研发的关键技术之一,针对当前转向架基于轻量化需求进行定制设计后与定制方案的仿真优化评估相脱节等问题,建立了高速列车转向架轻量化设计评估系统的技术架构。以转向架的关键承载部件构架为研究对象,对转向架构架结构仿真评估、结构优化等关键技术进行论述。基于JIS E 4207标准对构架进行静强度分析和疲劳强度分析,确定危险工况,并基于贝叶斯优化算法对构架进行尺寸优化。优化后的构架质量减轻6.5%。经评估,优化后构架的静强度和疲劳强度满足标准要求,实现了转向架轻量化的目的。开发了高速列车转向架轻量化设计评估系统,以某型高速列车转向架构架为例验证了该系统的可行性。

Construction of Lightweight Design Evaluation System for High-Speed Train’s Bogie

Abstract:The lightweight design of bogies is one of the key technologies for the development of high-speed trains. In view of the disconnection between the customized design of the current bogie based on the lightweight requirements and the simulation and optimization evaluation of the customized scheme, the technical architecture of the lightweight design evaluation system of the high-speed train bogie is established. Taking the key bearing component frame of bogie as the research object, the key technologies such as structural simulation evaluation and structural optimization of bogie frame are discussed. According to the JIS E 4207 standard, the static strength analysis and fatigue strength analysis of the frame are carried out, and the dangerous working conditions are identified. Based on Bayesian optimization algorithm, the size of the frame is optimized, and the weight of the optimized frame is reduced by 6.5%. The evaluation, illustrates that the static strength and fatigue strength of the optimized frame meet the standard requirements, and the objective of lightweight bogie is achieved. Furthermore,the lightweight design evaluation system of high-speed train bogie is developed, and the feasibility of the system is verified by taking a high-speed train bogie frame as an example.
