柔性体死结打结装置研究进展

摘要:柔性体死结打结装置是近年来机械设计和自动化领域的研究热点。针对现有死结打结装置可靠性差、打结成功率低等问题,从死结成结原理和打结技术两个方面综述了死结打结装置的最新研究进展。具体基于绕轴旋转打结法、缠绕打结法、扭转打结法以及D型打结器式这四种死结打结方法,重点对几种典型死结打结装置从工作原理、功能特点等方面进行论述和分析,并总结了死结打结装置在工业生产中的应用现状,为其他研究者在柔性体自动打结设备方面的研发设计、改进以及打结装备的智能化发展提供重要参考依据。

Research Progress of Flexible Dead Knotting Device

Abstract:Flexible body dead knotting device is a research hotspot in the field of mechanical design and automation in recent years. Aiming at the problems of poor reliability and low knotting success rate of existing dead knotting devices, the latest research progress of dead knotting devices is reviewed from two aspects: the principle of dead knot formation and the knotting technology. On the basis of four dead knot knotting methods of the rotation around the axis knotting method, the winding knotting method, the twisting knotting method, and the D-knotter knotting method, several typical dead knot knotting devices are analyzed and integrated from the aspect of working principle and functional characteristics, and the application status of dead knotting devices in industrial production is summarized, which provides an important reference for the research and development design, improvement and intelligent development of flexible body automatic knotting equipment.
