基于故障树的蜗杆齿面裂纹原因分析

摘要:针对蜗杆在加工中出现齿面裂纹的问题,建立了蜗杆齿面裂纹故障树,从设计硬度、锻件毛坯、热处理、磨削工艺等原因进行了逐一分析,对故障进行了定位与机理分析。分析结果显示齿面裂纹呈现二次淬火磨削烧伤特征和回火烧伤特征,采用磨削前低温回火消除内应力,调整砂轮转速和进给量等磨削工艺参数解决了齿面裂纹问题。本文对通过故障树分析方法解决实际问题及蜗杆齿面裂纹的原因分析都具有指导意义。

The Reason Analysis of Worm Tooth Surface Crack Based on Fault Tree Analysis

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the tooth surface crack of worm in grinding, the fault tree of the tooth surface crack of worm is established. The fault location and mechanism are analyzed from the aspects of hardness, forging blank, heat treatment and grinding process. The analysis results show that the tooth surface cracks is charactered by second quenching grinding burn and tempering burn. And the low temperature tempering is used to eliminate the internal stress before grinding, and the grinding process parameters such as grinding wheel speed and feed are adjusted to solve the problem of tooth surface crack. This paper can provide reference for solving practical problems  the FTA method and analyzing the causes of worm tooth surface crack.
