高精度平面构件平面度及壁厚非接触测量装置研制

摘要:为实现纯铅、纯锡等软质金属平面构件平面度及壁厚的高精度、非接触式无损测量,本文提出一种基于双激光位移传感器的非接触式测量方法,采用CL-3000型双激光位移传感器以及高精度两维气浮运动平台构建了非接触测量装置,基于Qt开发环境和MATLAB程序,开发了运动控制与平面度、壁厚测量数据采集、处理程序。与三坐标测量比对结果表明,研制的非接触测量装置能够满足软质金属材料平面构件平面度及壁厚的高精度非接触式测量需求。

Development of a High-Precision Non-Contact Measurement Device for Flatness and Wall Thickness of Planar Components

Abstract:In order to realize the high-precision, non-contact and non-destructive measurement of flatness and wall thickness of soft metal planar components such as pure lead and pure tin, a non-contact measurement method based on dual laser displacement sensor is proposed in this paper. A non-contact measuring device is constructed by using CL-3000 dual laser displacement sensor and a high-precision two-dimensional air floating motion platform. Based on Qt development environment and MATLAB program, we developed the motion control, flatness and wall thickness measurement data acquisition, and processing program. The comparison results with CMM show that the non-contact measuring device can meet the high-precision non-contact measuring requirements for the flatness and wall thickness of soft metal planar components.
