无动力上肢助力机械外骨骼对手臂抬举作业的影响研究

摘要:手臂抬举作业是导致上肢工作相关肌肉骨骼疾病(WMSDs)的主要原因,本文的目的是评估无动力上肢助力机械外骨骼(UPAE)在手臂抬举作业中的潜在影响。方法:15名男性志愿者,在三个不同手臂抬举高度(使用和不使用UPAE)下进行重复螺栓安装任务;测量受试者左、右手臂三角肌前束、中束、斜方肌下束和肱三头肌的肌电图值,并对其颈部、肩部、上臂、前臂、胸背部、腰背部和腿部的感知不适(RPD)进行评分。结果:与不使用UPAE相比,使用UPAE时,右三角肌前束的初始nRMS下降了38.5%,中位nRMS值下降了45.1%,总RPD下降了52.4%。结论:与不使用UPAE相比,使用UPAE可以带来更少的上肢肌肉收缩和更低的RPD,这可能会降低或减慢在手臂抬举作业中上肢WMSDs的水平。

Effects of Passive Upper Limb Exoskeletons in Arm Lifting Tasks

Abstract:Arm lifts is a major cause of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) of the upper extremity. The purpose of this article was to evaluate the potential effects of a passive upper limb exoskeleton (UPAE) on arm lift operations. Fifteen male volunteers performed repetitive bolt-installation tasks at 3 different arm lift heights (with and without UPAE). The electromyography (EMG) values of the anterior deltoid, medial, lower trapezius and triceps muscles of the subjects' left and right arms were measured. Perceived Discomfort (RPD) of necks, shoulders, upper arms, forearms, chest back, lower back and legs were scored. With UPAE, the initial nRMS of the right anterior deltoid decreased by 38.5%, the median nRMS value decreased by 45.1%, and the total RPD decreased by 52.4% compared to the situations without UPAE. The use of UPAE resulted in fewer upper extremity muscle contractions and lower RPD than without UPAE, which may have reduced or slowed the level of upper extremity WMSDs during arm lifts.
