基于服务设计理念的智能机器人道路救援模式研究

摘要:针对占道车辆进行快速救援的问题,提出了一种新的道路救援解决方案。研究从服务设计视角探索高效道路救援新方案,并利用成熟的科学技术手段实现道路救援功能,同时在道路救援过程中让汽车使用者共同参与,在有效缓解道路拥堵的同时提升用户受援体验感。研究过程主要以服务设计视角审视道路救援现状,提出问题并归纳服务蓝图,在痛点与触点交互中聚焦到救援机器人创新设计,通过需求、功能、应用场景等分析得到救援机器人概念设计方案。最终通过本研究提出的道路救援服务设想,以智能道路救援机器人为载体,为道路救援服务发展提供理论参考。

Intelligent Robot Road Rescue Based on Service Design Concept

Abstract:A new road rescue solution is proposed with the aim of quick rescue for road occupying vehicles. This research explores efficient road rescue schemes from the perspective of service design, which achieves the road rescue functions with mature scientific and technological means. At the same time, car users can participate in the road rescue process, which effectively alleviates road congestion and improves users' experience of receiving assistance. First, it mainly reviews the current situation of road rescue from the perspective of service design, raising research questions and summarizing the service blueprint. Then it focuses on the innovative design of rescue robot and obtains the conceptual design scheme of rescue robot through the analysis of requirements, functions and application scenarios. Finally, the idea of road rescue service with intelligent road rescue robot is proposed. The research provides a theoretical reference for the development of road rescue services.
