密封加强型快速连接特殊螺纹关键结构参数优化研究

摘要:影响密封加强型快速连接特殊螺纹性能的主要因素包括密封面结构、扭矩台肩结构以及连接螺纹结构参数,对这些结构进行优化设计可以降低应力集中、保证密封性能、减少塑性变形,从而保障油套管的结构完整性和密封完整性。为了改善密封性能,提高连接强度、抗扭矩能力和承载能力,使其能适应更复杂的工作环境,对主要螺纹结构参数进行了优化设计。通过有限元分析和模拟计算研究了不同参数条件下的连接性能,结果表明,螺纹两端应力大、中间部分应力小,所以螺纹因拉伸应力过大而产生的失效容易发生在螺纹两端。

Abstract:The core of the design of the sealing reinforced quick-connect special thread is to optimize the sealing surface, torque shoulder and connection thread parameters, so as to reduce stress concentration, ensure sealing performance, and reduce plastic deformation to ensure the structural integrity of the casing and seal integrity. Through the optimization design of the structure of the sealing reinforced quick-connect casing, it achieves the effects of good sealing and improving connection strength, torque resistance and bearing capacity, which ensures that it adapts to the complex working environment. The results show that the stress at both ends of the thread is large, and the stress in the middle part is relatively small, so the failure caused by excessive tensile stress is likely to occur at both ends of the thread.
