不锈钢复合板压力容器在富Cl-环境下的应用

摘要:奥氏体不锈钢复合板压力容器广泛用于从井口及节流后到单井站、集气站工艺流程中。由于气井开采的后期带有大量富含氯离子的气田水,不少复合板压力容器的不锈钢覆层焊缝及热影响区出现针孔腐蚀现象,影响安全生产。为解决这种腐蚀情况,通过深层次分析氯离子对不锈钢的腐蚀机理以及对现场实际工况信息的收集和试验后,一方面采取控制工艺流程降低设备运行温度;另一方面采用抗腐蚀行更强的镍基焊材对覆层焊缝进行盖面修复,待设备运行一段时间后,开罐检查发现点腐蚀情况明显减少。因此表明,控制温度以及采用镍基焊材盖面能有效控制不锈钢覆层焊缝及热影响区点蚀的问题。

Application of Stainless Steel Composite Plate Pressure Vessel in Cl-Rich Environment

Abstract:Austenitic stainless steel composite plate pressure vessels are widely used in the process flow from wellhead and throttling to single well station and gas collecting station.  Due to the large amount of gas field water rich in chloride ions in the late stage of gas well exploitation, pinhole corrosion occurs in the weld of stainless steel coating and heat affected zone of many composite plate pressure vessels, which affects the safe production.  In order to solve this corrosion situation, through the in-depth analysis of the corrosion mechanism of chloride ion on stainless steel and the actual working condition information collection and test, on the one hand, the control process to reduce the operating temperature of equipment;  On the other hand, nickel base welding material with stronger corrosion resistance is used to repair the cover of the cladding weld. After the equipment has been running for a period of time, the point corrosion is found to be significantly reduced by opening the can.  It is shown that the pitting of weld and heat affected zone of stainless steel cladding can be effectively controlled by temperature control and nickel base welding surface.
