基于3DEXPERIENCE平台的轮机基础库构建技术分析

摘要:针对大数据量环境下管路设计效率低的问题,根据船舶管路设计特点,基于3DEXPERIENCE平台梳理了轮机基础库构建常规策略。结合典型阀件标准,系统开展模型数据量研究,分析不同粒度参数化模型、标准件和实例模型对数据量的影响。同时,基于不同数据量和滤器容量对标准件组织管理形式进行测试分析,提出了结构树组织形式,并进行了添加阀附件性能测试。测试表明采用结构树管理轮机基础库可显著提高设计效率,具有很好的推广应用价值。

Technical Analysis of the Three-dimensional Engine Database Foundation Based on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in piping design under large data volume environment, according to the characteristics of ship piping design, the conventional construction strategies of marine database were systematically sorted out. Combined with the standard of typical valve parts, the model data volume was studied systematically based on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, and the influence of different granularity parameterized model, standard part and instance model on the data volume was analyzed. At the same time, based on different data volume and filter capacity, the organization and management form of standard parts was tested and analyzed, and the organization form of structure tree was proposed, and the performance test of valve accessories was discussed. The test results show that using structure tree to manage turbine base library can significantly improve the design efficiency and has a good value of popularization and application.
