基于削峰填谷模型的抽水蓄能机组检修资源规划

摘要:为保障抽水蓄能机组检修工作高效开展,避免检修过程中产生资源冲突,提升检修效率,本文提出一种基于削峰填谷资源优化模型的抽水蓄能机组检修资源规划方法。通过统计分析抽蓄机组不同检修级别下的资源分布,寻找不同检修工序与检修项目的资源分布规律,绘制机组检修规划全过程网络分布图,根据机组结构特点计算不同时段各项目的时间参数,求解全过程工期内最大资源需求节点,调整非关键工序的工期,优先关键项目资源分配,实现检修工期内的资源均衡,进一步实现机组检修资源优化配置。通过在某抽蓄电站2台次机组A级检修工程上的应用,现场验证了该方法的可行性与应用价值。

Maintenance Resource Planning of Pumped Storage Units Based on Peak Shaving and Valley Filling Model

Abstract:To ensure the efficient maintenance work of the pumped storage units, avoid resource conflicts during the maintenance process, and improve maintenance efficiency, this paper proposes a maintenance resource planning method based on the optimization model for peak shaving and valley filling resources. We first statistically analyze the resource distribution of pumping and storage units at different maintenance levels and find the resource distribution patterns of different maintenance processes and projects. Then we draw a network distribution map of the whole process of unit maintenance planning and calculate the time parameters of each item in different periods according to the structural characteristics of the unit. We solve the node with the largest resource demand during the whole process, adjust the construction period of non-critical processes, prioritize the allocation of resources for key projects, and achieve resource balance within the maintenance period. This method further optimize the allocation of unit maintenance resources. It is applied to the A-level maintenance project of two sub-units of a pumped-storage power station. The feasibility and application value of the method has been verified on-site.
