二系悬挂参数对悬挂式单轨车桥耦合系统的动力学性能影响研究

摘要:以某悬挂式单轨车辆和悬挂式单轨试验线为主要研究对象,综合考虑充气轮胎的非线性特征,构建了多自由度的车桥耦合模型,并结合线路试验数据,将模型的有效性加以分析验证,进而从仿真角度研究不同载荷工况下悬挂参数改变后对车辆系统动力学特性的影响。研究结果表明:当二系横向减振器的阻尼参数取20 kN•s/m、二系垂向减振器的阻尼参数取2~10 kN•s/m、空簧的垂向刚度取175 kN/m、空簧的横向刚度取200 kN/m时,车辆的运行平稳性指标更优秀。研究结果有望对悬挂式单轨的参数匹配提供一定参考。

Influence of Secondary Suspension Parameters on Dynamic Performance of Vehicle-Bridge Coupling System for Suspended Monorail

Abstract:A suspended monorail vehicle and a suspended monorail test line are studied in this paper. The nonlinear characteristics of pneumatic tires are fully evaluated before a multi-degree-of-freedom vehicle-axle coupling model is constructed. Combined with the line test data, the validity of the model is analyzed and verified, and then the influence of the suspension parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle system under different load conditions is studied through simulation. The research results indicate that when the damping parameters of the secondary lateral absorbers are 20 kN•s/m, and the damping parameters of the secondary vertical absorbers are 2~10 kN•s/m, and the vertical stiffness of the air spring is 175 kN/m, and the lateral stiffness of the air spring is 200 kN/m, the ride comfort of the vehicle is excellent. The research results are expected to provide some reference for the parameter matching of suspended monorail.
