基于混合仿生设计的风力机塔架

摘要:本文为风力机塔架的混合仿生设计提供了一种方法。为提高风力机机组整体安全性,基于混合仿生设计方法,提取竹子竹节和问荆草茎截面特征,构造了由外塔筒、内塔筒、法兰盘(加强节)和加强肋板组成的两种仿生塔架(FS1和FS2)。运用ANSYS Workbench软件对比研究原型塔架和两种仿生塔架的静动态性能和屈曲稳定性。结果表明:内塔筒为圆形的FS1塔架力学性能更好。与原型塔架相比,FS1塔顶最大位移和门洞附近的最大等效应力分别降低了17.6%和23.83%,1阶固有频率和1阶临界屈曲载荷分别提高了5.2%和23.12%,充分证明仿生塔架FS1具有更好的抗弯性能和稳定性。

Wind Turbine Tower Based on Hybrid Bionic Design

Abstract:This article provides a method for hybrid bionic design of wind turbine towers. In order to improve the overall safety of the wind turbine unit, on the basis of the hybrid biomimetic design method, the cross-sectional characteristics of bamboo knots and wattle stems are extracted, and two kinds of bionic towers (FS1 and FS2) consisting of outer tower, inner tower, flange (reinforcement joint) and reinforced rib plate are constructed. The static and dynamic performance and buckling stability of the prototype tower and two bionic towers are compared through the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The results show that the FS1 tower with a circular inner tower has better mechanical properties. Compared with the prototype tower , the maximum displacement of the top of the FS1 tower and the maximum equivalent force near the door opening are reduced by 17.6% and 23.83%, respectively, and the 1st order natural frequency and 1st order critical buckling load are increased by 5.2% and 23.12%, respectively, which fully proves that the bionic tower FS1 has better bending resistance and stability.
