基于TRIZ理论的沙柳植苗机创新设计

摘要:针对现有沙漠植苗设备功能相对单一、易受环境限制、全流程机械化程度不高等问题,基于TRIZ矛盾冲突理论和物-场模型分析,创新设计了一款沙柳植苗机。根据冲突解决原理分析,解决系统中矛盾冲突,对分苗模块进行创新设计,并研究让位钻孔和插苗过程的“物-场模型”,确定了集电机横向让位、纵向钻孔和磁吸变位的具体设计方式,使沙柳植苗机实现全流程机械化、效率与成本兼顾。该沙柳植苗机整体结构紧凑小巧、功能全面、可适应性强、机械化程度较高,具有有很好的市场推广价值。

A TRIZ Based Innovative Design of Salix Seedling Planter

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problems of the existing desert seedling planter, such as relatively simple function, vulnerable to environmental constraints, and low mechanization of the whole process, a Salix seedling planter was innovatively designed based on TRIZ conflict theory and matter-field model analysis. According to the analysis of conflict resolution principle, the conflict in the system was solved, the seedling separation module was innovatively designed, and the matter-field model of abdicating drilling and seedling transplanting process was studied. The specific design mode of motor horizontal abdicating, vertical drilling and magnetic displacement was determined, which made the Salix seedling planter realize mechanization of the whole process and the powerful function considering both efficiency and cost. The Salix seedling planter has the advantages of compact structure, comprehensive functions, high degree of mechanization and strong expansibility. It shows good market value of the planter.
