波轮洗衣机不同工况下振动测试与分析

摘要:传统波轮洗衣机在工作过程中由于电机产生振动从而使机身产生振动效果。以某一型号的洗衣机为研究对象,为了研究该洗衣机的减振系统对振动的抑制效果,通过传感器、数据采集卡等硬件获得在有水和无水、转速不同条件下振动的加速度峰值、速度峰值、位移峰值、频率。从而得出在不同条件下滚筒振动的减弱程度。实验结果表明,在水位不同转速相同情况下X、Y轴内壁方向的振动幅度较小,当转速不同水位相同时,X、Y、Z轴内壁方向上振动差别较小,当转速相同水位相同时,Z方向上内外壁的振动波动幅度较大,内壁振动比外壁振动的波动大了200%左右。

Vibration Testing and Analysis of Wave Washing Machines under Different Conditions

Abstract:The vibration effect of a conventional drum washing machine is caused by the vibration generated by the motor during operation. In order to study the vibration suppression effect of the damping system of the washing machine, the acceleration peak, velocity peak, displacement peak and frequency of the vibration under different conditions with and without water are obtained by means of hardware such as sensors and data acquisition cards and thus the degree of dampening of drum vibration under different conditions. The experimental results show that the vibration amplitude of the inner wall of the X and Y axes is smaller when the water level is different and the speed is the same, and that the difference in vibration between the X, Y and Z axes is smaller when the speed is different and the water level is the same, and that when the speed is the same and the water level is the same, the vibration fluctuation of the inner and outer walls in the Z direction is larger, and the vibration of the inner wall is about 200% larger than that of the outer wall.
