客户协同产品创新风险评价指标体系构建

摘要:在“以消费者需求为中心、以创新驱动为引领”的市场经营环境下,各方都开始进行深度合作和协同创新以求得更高层次的发展,企业与客户协同创新也已经是大势所趋。基于对概念开发阶段、产品设计阶段、原型产品测试阶段以及商业化阶段这四个阶段中风险因素来源的分析以及对相关文献的梳理,进一步从运行管理、知识属性、条件锁定以及资源契合和外部环境这五个方面构建客户协同产品创新风险评价指标体系,并且针对主要的风险要素给出了风险防范措施,旨在降低合作双方违约、运行不当等行为,提高企业的创新效率,丰富和完善现有的研究成果。

Research on Risk Evaluation Index System of Customer Collaborative Product Innovation

Abstract:Under the market operation environment of "consumer demand-centered and innovation-driven", all the participators begin to carry out in-depth cooperation and collaborative innovation in order to achieve a higher level of development. Collaborative innovation between enterprises and customers has become the general trend. On the basis of the analysis on the source of the risk factors in the four stages of concept development, product design, prototype testing and commercialization and the review of the related literature, the customer collaborative product innovation risk evaluation index system is built from the five aspects of operation management, intellectual property, condition locking, resources fit and external environment. In addition, the risk prevention measures are given for the main risk factors in order to reduce the breach of contract and improper operation, improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises, and enrich and improve the existing research results.
