转桨式水轮机高油压受油器间隙泄漏特性的研究

摘要:为提高转桨式水轮机受油器的油压等级,研发了一种含有伺服环结构的受油器装置。分别在不同转速、不同进口压力及不同密封间隙下进行数值计算,从定量和定性两个角度对转桨式水轮机高油压受油器的间隙泄流情况进行分析。研究发现:密封间隙量、转速及进口压力对高油压受油器间隙流场分布规律基本没有影响;这三个变量中,进口压力对高油压受油器间隙泄漏量的影响最大;当密封间隙量取30 μm时,泄漏量的大小和变化趋势都较为理想。研究证明,该高油压受油器可以在高油压时正常运转。

The Gap Leakage Characteristics of the High Pressure Oil-Supply Head for Kaplan Turbine

Abstract:In order to improve the pressure level of the oil-supply head for the kaplan turbine, an oil receiver device with a servo ring structure was developed. Numerical calculations are carried out at different speeds, inlet pressures and sealing clearances. The clearance discharge of the high pressure oil receiver is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. It is found that the amount of seal clearance, rotating speed and inlet pressure have little effect on the distribution of clearance flow field of high pressure oil receiver. Among the three variables, the inlet pressure has the greatest influence on the clearance leakage of the oil receiver. When the seal clearance is taken as 30 μm, the magnitude and trend of leakage are ideal. The research shows that the oil receiver can operate normally under high oil pressure.
