MBD装船设备质量检查开发技术

摘要:为解决对MBD装船设备模型实施质量管控的难题,紧密结合船舶研制特点,系统梳理了船舶设备质量检查流程和实施细则,并建立了可行的技术开发路线。基于CAA进行二次开发,实现船舶和设备入库、设备库状态和舱室设备布置质量检查功能,质检人员通过界面选取和鼠标操作即可自动生成检查结果。最后,结合装船设备具体工程实例,依托3D Experience平台对质检开发工具进行部署和应用实施,能大幅度降低质检工作量并保证检查质量。

Development Technology for Quality Check of MBD Ship Equipment

Abstract:To solve the problem of quality control for MBD ship equipment model, the quality check process and implementation rules of ship equipment were systematically sorted out and a feasible technical development route was established based on the characteristics of ship development,. The secondary development based on CAA realized the quality check functions of ship equipment warehousing, equipment library status and cabin equipment layout. The quality check results could be generated automatically for quality inspection personnel through interface selection and mouse operation. Finally, combining with specific engineering examples of ship equipment, the deployment and application of quality check development tools based on 3D Experience platform can greatly reduce the workload  and ensure the quality of quality check.
