压裂泵液力端排出管汇螺栓失效分析

摘要:压裂泵液力端排出管汇连接螺栓在现场施工过程中发生异常断裂,通过观察和分析42CrMo双头螺栓断口的宏观及微观形貌,对其进行化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相组织等分析断裂原因。化学成分和硬度符合要求,金相组织为回火索氏体。钢中非金属夹杂物含量低,材料纯净度良好。分析结果表明:螺栓的断裂属于疲劳断裂,疲劳起源于螺栓螺纹齿根部表面裂纹及损伤部位。螺栓在工作中承受交变载荷,断裂部位存在应力集中现象。该螺栓在制造过程中,由于生产工艺不当,造成螺栓产生裂和损伤,导致螺栓承载能力降低出现疲劳断裂。调整螺栓的加工工艺,以提高使用寿命。

Failure Analysis on Bolt of Discharge Manifold at Hydraulic End of Fracturing Pump

Abstract:This paper aims to analyze the reasons for unusual fracture in the connecting bolt of discharge manifold at hydraulic end of fracturing pump during field construction. Through observing and analyzing the macro and micro morphology of fracture of 42CrMo stud bolt, we carried out the chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test and metallographic structure analysis. The chemical composition and hardness meet the requirements, and the microstructure is tempered sorbite. The content of non-metallic inclusions in steel is low and the purity of material is good. The results show that the fracture of the bolt belongs to fatigue fracture, and the fatigue originates from the surface crack and damaged part of the root of the bolt thread tooth. The bolt bears alternating load in working, and the stress concentration exists in the fracture part. The bolt cracks and damages occur during the manufacturing process, resulting in the reduction of bolt bearing capacity and fatigue fracture. The processing technology should be improved to increase the service life of bolts.
